Part of the curatorial team of the 35th Bienal de São Paulo, curated by Diane Lima, Grada Kilomba, Hélio Menezes and Manuel Borja-Villel. He co-edited the catalogue, the Visitor Guide and the publication Tokunbó: sounds between seas, and wrote the entries on Francisco Toledo, Rubiane Maia and — with Sylvia Monastérios — Min Tanaka and François Pain.
